We are a very unique license to the state of Texas. We are considered a retail establishment, which is how our pricing is geared, but you can also consume on-premise. We have locations in Steiner Ranch and Bee Cave. Dinner is served starting at 4pm in Steiner Ranch, and Bee Cave serves a limited menu lunch and dinner.
We currently have over 500 beers (Steiner) 700 beers (Bee Cave) from around the world in house, with 15 (Steiner) 46 (Bee Cave) of them being on draft. We pride ourselves on the fact that if a beer is distributed in the state of Texas, we can get it, or most likely, we already carry it! Our walk-in cooler consists of one door that holds all of our specialty, non-alcoholic drinks such as teas, sodas, and water. The next two doors consist of wine that is ready to drink. The last four doors are what we call our Create-Your-Own 6pk. These four doors consist of 280 beers of which you can make your own six pack for $8.95 and it is for take out only. If you would like a straight 6pk of all the same beer, the colored dot in front of the beer indicates the six pack price that is shown above the cooler in coordination with the color. All singles for consumption on-premise are $3.50. The last door is the entrance to our Beer Cave. Feel free to go in and browse. This houses all of our high-end 6-packs, Belgian, Lambic, German and specialty brews in various larger-sized bottles. Our Happy Hour is 4pm-7pm daily during which large sizes of draft beer are $1.00 off, and all singles out of the Create-Your-Own are $2.50. Please see an associate in order to get a single for consumption on-premise.
Our inventory currently consists of over 600 wines from all over the world. You can either choose from our extensive list of flights, or buy any bottle in house to drink. We will happily open any bottle in house as long as you are willing to buy two glasses of that bottle, with the exception of all sparkling wines. We offer a 15% discount on a mixed case of wine and a 20% discount on a straight case of wine. If we do not have something you are looking for, let us know and we can easily order it for you. For Happy Hour, our House Wines are all $1 off, as are our flights of wine.
We have a walk-in humidor in the rear of the store. Please see an associate and they will happily open it for you. There is no smoking allowed inside, but we will gladly get you a cigar cutter with ashtray for the patio.
Fion offers a full cheese menu that consists of about 27 different imported cheeses. Please refer to our menu for pricing and what currently is available. We also have wonderful desserts made in house by our dessert chef - selection varies daily, so see a server for details.
We expanded to open a Bistro in Steiner Ranch in October of 2007. We are very blessed to have partenered up with one of the best in Austin, Chef Paul Petruzzi. Petruzzi was named TOP TEN CHEF FOR 2009 in Zagat Publication, along with mentions in seven different categories. Fion In Steiner is currently serving dinner seven nights a week starting at 4pm. Our bar and late night menu is available after our dining room closes - call us if you're looking for late night food. Delivery is now available in the Steiner Ranch Community or along Quinlan Park Road.
